The goal of RDN Mommy is to combine my clinical knowledge of nutrition with my real life experiences as a Mom to bring you relevant and important information regarding the nutritional needs of both baby and you!
While I specialize in nutrition for Mom and baby, I am trained to counsel individuals with a wide variety of conditions and dietary needs.
I graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta’s combined Dietetic Internship and Master’s Degree Program in 2014 with my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. During the course of the program I completed over 1,220 supervised practice hours in a variety of clinical settings with an emphasis in Community Nutrition and a culminating Community Health Intervention Project. The majority of my supervised practice hours were completed at Highland Hospital located in Rochester, NY.
In 2013 I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition Management from Rochester Institute of Technology’s Nutrition Management program.
